Susanna Pollack has been in the partnerships business for over 15 years working in that space where traditional media meets the burgeoning world of social and digital. With a passion for storytelling across platforms, Susanna has been a leader in driving business development, production financing, IP ideation and brand management for companies across the globe.
Susanna recently launched, NonStop - a creative and cultural enterprise whose focus is in establishing strategic alliances, crafting sponsored partnerships and spearheading business development for storytellers from all disciplines. Her current roster of clients come from a range of industry leaders including SocialSamba, a trail-blazer in social storytelling for TV, movies, books and brands, where she heads Global Sales and Marketing, Mac Cosmetics, FredThinks and The Luckyrice Festival. Past clients include TEDxEast, SandboxSummit@MIT, Massiverse, PACT UK, Rose d'Or Festival and Kidscreen. Previously, Susanna held positions at BBC Worldwide America for 13 years, most recently as SVP, CBeebies Channel Development, US. Prior to that role, Susanna was SVP, TV Sales and Co-productions where she led a 20 person sales team in the distribution of BBC's award-winning content in the US and Latin America delivering annual targets of $50m+.
While at BBC Worldwide, Susanna had a significant role in the development and financing of many BBC and UK independent programs by securing partnerships with US networks including CBS, MTV, A&E, PBS, HBO, TNT, Starz, Showtime, History, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Discovery Channels. In addition to her expertise in financing content, Susanna helped create and launch BBC Worldwide's children's business in the US and Canada where she managed the acquisition, development and brand management and licensing of 3rd party properties.
Susanna holds a BA from Skidmore College and lives in Connecticut with her husband and two sons.
