Jill Golick has more than 20 years experience as a television writer and producer, working on such series as Sesame Street and Sesame Park, Instant Star, Beet Party, Kratts Creatures and Saddle Club. As a new media creator, in addition to branded entertainment work, Jill has created, written and produced four original, cutting-edge, digital series.

Her most recent digital project is the online detective series Ruby Skye P.I. The first season won multiple awards, praise from teachers and parents and continues to delight kids around the world. Ruby Skye P.I.'s second season -- The Haunted Library -- includes ground-breaking interactivity, world building websites and some cool built in marketing initiatives. Golick's blog Running With My Eyes Closed is frequently cited as one of the top screenwriting blogs. She teaches Advanced Television Writing and Transmedia Storytelling at York University, speaks frequently at conferences and serves as the President of the Writers Guild of Canada.

Sometimes she sleeps, but sadly, it's usually during movies.
